Why should you be a sponsor for Lakeshore PAWS Pup Crawl 2025?

Lakeshore PAWS will be hosting the 12th annual Pup Crawl on Saturday, June 14th from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. in downtown Valparaiso. The event will kick off with a walk around the square followed by food, a beer garden, and live music. The event offers entertainment for people and pets of all ages while raising awareness and funds for homeless dogs in our community.

Lakeshore PAWS is a private 501c3 non-profit organization and does not receive any city, state, or federal funding. We operate entirely from charitable tax-deductible donations acquired through fundraising efforts such as the annual Pup Crawl. As a result, we have found homes for over 8,200 dogs since April 2011, a number that would have been unachievable if not for generous donors like you.

Sponsorships are available at a range of levels, offering numerous opportunities for your company or organization to be recognized as a valued charitable partner. Sponsors contributing $500 or more will receive recognition on event T-shirts and signage, including a banner displayed both on the day of the Pup Crawl and at the Lakeshore PAWS facility for the entire year. At the “Grand Champion” level, sponsors and staff will have the exclusive opportunity to name and be photographed with an adoptable dog, with their photo featured on the official Lakeshore PAWS website and Facebook page, which possesses a following of over 57,000.
