Vendor Information

I/We hereby agree and covenant to hold harmless Lakeshore PAWS, Inc., its volunteers, officers, committees and its Board of Directors from any and all liability due to damages and/or theft of my/our merchandise, goods and wares kept of premises. This agreement refers to any and all damage including, but not limited to: damage by DOGS, heat, water, sun, rain, wind, cold, vandalism, and the like and shall also include all claims, suits, actions, debts, damages, and cost charges and expenses or damages of any nature whatsoever, arising from any activities under this contract, including loss predicated on active or passive negligence of the indemnities.
